But the brand is also one of Ivanka Trump’s biggest detractors.
She has repeatedly accused her husband of sexual harassment, and even filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against him in 2016.
But the Trump brand has managed to thrive despite her criticisms, thanks in part to the success of Ivanka’s clothing line.
The Trump brand now owns about 20 brands, with sales exceeding $7 billion in the past year.
The company has seen some big wins on the apparel front, too.
The brand now makes everything from underwear to suits.
In 2016, Ivanka’s fashion line, which has grown into a global brand with brands like Zara, launched a line of clothes that were both tailored and casual.
The line was a direct response to her husband’s sexual harassment allegations.
But, at its height, the Ivanka Trump brand sold more than $50 million worth of clothes in the U.S. and Canada alone.
Ivanka Trump, who has not been shy about speaking out against her husband, also announced that she would be leaving her position as an adviser to the Trump Foundation in 2020.
In an op-ed for The New York Times published on Sunday, Ivanka Trump said she was leaving her job at the foundation because of the “disgraceful” sexual harassment accusations against her.
“I am leaving because of my experience with the Trump Organization and the fact that I have witnessed the behavior and conduct that I know and condemn,” she wrote.
Ivankas daughter, Tiffany, also stepped down as a top adviser to her father’s presidential campaign.
She was replaced by her husband and former White House adviser Jared Kushner, who also was a senior adviser on the campaign.
