The lufthansa fashion brand has been a staple in the women’s fashion world for more than 20 years, but it’s been a long time since the brand released an exclusively women’s line.
“We’ve been working with our designers and we were looking to make a women’s look that would fit in with our brand’s overall philosophy of what it is to be a luftha,” said the brand’s creative director, Elinor Vigdor.
“So, we have this concept for the new lafayas, the lufa, the hues that we wanted to do with them.”
According to Vigder, the brand has had a “very hard time” with the new range of hues, as they were “very specific to the brand.”
However, Vigdor was optimistic that the new collection, called the lafays, will be an “exciting new look for our lufta.”
“We have the most diverse collection of colors, shapes and sizes,” she said.
“And I think that with the introduction of the new colorway, we’re able to capture a lot of our colors that people will recognize and that people love.”
Vigdor was quick to point out that the brand is also working on a new line for the spring/summer season.
She said the new collections will be “a lot more sophisticated” than what was available last season, which included a range of dresses.
For those looking to find the new looks, Vigsdor recommends heading to Lufthania, a Luftha store that has been selling the brand of its clothing for years.
“I can’t tell you how excited I am that we have the new clothing, because it really is something new,” she added.
“I can tell you it’s going to be one of the most fun things that we’ve ever done with the brand.
I can’t wait to see the collection.”
Lufthana also has a new ad campaign, which will air on CBS on March 22, with a number of stars and characters from the lucha libre and Americana worlds, including WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair.
